Q: How do I place an order?
A: Customers may place orders online or by phone. To order online, click on the Place Order tab above and enter your pertinent information. After clicking on the register button you will be shown a list of restaurants that are available for delivery to your location.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Currently we deliver to most areas in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Q: Which restaurants can I order from?
A: Restaurants are available according to your delivery zip code. You can confirm the restaurants available in your delivery area by clicking on the View Menus tab above and entering your zip code.
Q: How long will it take?
A: The average delivery time is 60 minutes. However, inclement weather, long food preparation time and ordering during peak hours all influence delivery times. When placing your order, you will be quoted an estimated delivery time and your order will generally arrive within 15 minutes of that time.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: DeliveryAndToGo.com is open Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM and 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday. Delivery is available for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Breakfast and other off-hour deliveries are available for larger parties with advance notice.
Q: What is the minimum order size and what fees do you charge?
A: The minimum required food order is $15. There is a $5.99 delivery charge per restaurant. A 5% processing fee is added to all orders.
Q: Can I get delivery from restaurants that may be a bit further away?
A: Deliveries outside of your local delivery area will reflect an additional gratuity for your delivery driver and minimum order sizes will be higher. After registering online you will see a list of available restaurants. The restaurants that are outside of your normal delivery area are listed as Level 2 and Level 3 and contain information for your review. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Q: Can I place a delivery order days or hours in advance?
A: Yes, you may specify a delivery date and time. For example, if you wanted a lunch delivery for tomorrow at noon, we recommend placing the order today to reserve your desired delivery time. The DeliveryAndToGo.com ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery whether it’s today, tomorrow, next week or 30 days from now.
Q: What if I have a special request for my order?
A: Each item placed through our ordering system gives you the opportunity to add ‘Special Instructions’. This will ensure that the restaurant you order from prepares your meal with the attention it requires. Please be aware that some restaurants do not allow substitutions.
Q: What if I want to add or remove an item or cancel my order?
A: We will do our best to accommodate these requests. Adding to an order may delay your delivery time and can be done if the driver is not en route to your location. Canceling an order must be done within 5 minutes of placing your order. After that, we will call the restaurant to see if the food preparation has begun. We will be unable to cancel your order once the restaurant has begun to prepare the items.
Q: How will my food be transported?
A: Your food is transported using state of the art insulated food delivery containers to keep your order at the required temperature.
Q: How does the delivery driver get paid?
A: DeliveryAndToGo.com delivery drivers are compensated primarily by your generosity and receive 100% of all gratuities. Think of them as your mobile wait staff. They make every effort to earn your consideration through attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and by transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. You will have an opportunity to add a tip to your delivery order during the online process, or when the driver arrives at your location.
Q: What about drinks and beverages?
A: Pepsi products in 12oz cans and bottled spring water are available. Individual beverages are $1.25 and 6-packs are $5.00.
Q: What about using restaurant gift certificates or coupons?
A: Restaurant gift certificates or coupons are not valid for delivery orders.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards. When paying by credit card please present your card to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Q: Does DeliveryAndToGo.com keep a record of my past orders?
A: Yes, in order to review a past order, login to your account and click on My Account on the upper right hand corner.
Q: Can I change my information after I register for an account?
A: Yes, you can modify your information at any point after registering with DeliveryAndToGo.com. Login to your account and click on My Account on the upper right hand corner.
Q: I am a pharmaceutical representative and send food to different doctors’ offices. Do I need to create a new account at DeliveryAndToGo.com every time I order online?
A: When you place your first online order an account with your delivery information will be created. When placing future orders you may add additional addresses and delivery information to your account. All addresses will be stored within your account for ease of use in the future. In addition, your credit card information will be securely stored for future use and all orders will be emailed to you for submission to your accounting department.
Q: I order for large groups and prefer to have my food packaged in trays so that I can serve the food buffet style. From which restaurants is this type of service available?
A: Almost every restaurant either publishes a catering menu or can place multiple orders of individual items into trays. If you do not see an available party platter menu from your desired restaurant, please call the appropriate number on our Contact Us page and ask to speak with a manager. They will be happy to assist you.
